Our Tasks
- The client had six websites with different services. Each of them contained different sets of tests, and our task was to unite them into a single platform.
- Our next task was to perform a technical audit of the new website to assess its functionality and ensure it is set up properly.
Challenges
- The transfer from old domains was set up incorrectly
- 404 pages in the XML sitemap
- Pages with a 307 redirect in the XML sitemap
- Internal links pointing to pages with a 307 redirect
- Missing structured data markup for the pages
- Missing canonical attribute on the pages
- The blog was initially restricted from indexing, and it was later inaccessible to unregistered users
Steps that led to positive results
- Setting up redirects from four websites to the main website. For two of the websites we are currently creating new pages on the new website.
- Conducting a technical website audit and providing recommendations for eliminating technical issues
- Keyword collection for priority DAT (Dental Admission Test) and other (OAT, INBDE, Casper, CDAT, PAT) tests and query clustering
- Competitor analysis based on priority areas, metrics, and competitive advantages
- Providing recommendations on improving DAT, OAT, INBDE, Casper, CDAT, and PAT pages
- Developing a link-building strategy to grow links and writing articles based on competitor analysis
Results achieved
This case demonstrates how a thoroughly planned and executed SEO campaign can transform a small EdTech startup into a successful business. Thanks to our effective teamwork, the client not only achieved significant growth in organic traffic but also strengthened their market position, increased brand recognition, and boosted revenue. This project is a vivid example of SEO as a powerful tool for business growth in the digital age.
Organic traffic for the entire site has increased
Traffic growth dynamics in Google Search Console since the start of the project
Over the last three months of our work, the site received 114,000 clicks, compared to 53,300 clicks in the previous three months before the start of the project. The traffic increased by more than double.
The total number of impressions also grew from 262,000 in the previous three months before we started the project to 1.26 million in the last three months. This shows an increase of more than four times.
This graph shows a sharp increase in organic traffic to the site starting from August 4, 2024, when the traffic was 7,308 visitors. This increase coincides with the implementation of 301 redirects from other sites and giving access to the blog to all users, which was presumably the reason for such a rise in site visits. This significant traffic growth indicates the success of changes.
We can also see it in Google Search Console
In the period from 1 August to 27 August, the number of clicks on the blog grew to 7,120 compared to 986 in July. Impressions increased from 21,700 to 206,000. The average CTR dropped from 4.5% to 3.5.

- Content optimization. We’re planning to review and optimize existing articles and develop new ones to ensure the relevance of information and improve SEO.
- Completing the migration. We’re planning to complete the website transfer and update addresses in Google Console so that search engines display it correctly.
- Completing the transfer of Pat Booster і Casper Booster. We’ll complete the process of transferring the remaining two websites to unify our client’s online presence.
